- Built financial Model for the group, Actively involved in financial due diligence, coordinating with origins and due diligence consultant

- Streamlining data base & working on MIS to make them more presentable and structured Working on Audit pack to streamline reporting structure & audit deadline .

- Controlling and evaluating the company's fundraising plans and capital structure and supervising all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Ensuring compliance with the law and company's policies as well as managing team of financial controllers and financial analyst.

- Must have completed CA

- Ready to relocate at Nigeria
