Finance Controller - Candidate with Commercial Background

Role : Finance Controller

Experience : CA/MBA with relevant experience of 6 - 8 years in the consumer product organizations.

CTC : 35-42 Lacs

In this role you will be responsible for corporate budgets and spends, lead budgeting, consolidation and special projects, monitor costs and carry out all analysis required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Be a true partner to the brand to achieve brand and financial objectives.

- Drive S&OP and sales forecast process for effective sales planning

- Prepare strategic plan and annual budget and trend for the brand and run various simulations as and when required. Anticipate financial risks; when necessary, take appropriate corrective measures

- Manage actuals and forecast reporting to zone for the brand

- Provide insights for business strategy and decisions (e.g. new product launches, optimizing spends) to drive competitiveness of the business

- Manage a cost bucket for the division and lead process improvement in that area

- Good working knowledge of GST and its implications on various P&L lines

- Establish and drive operational processes in line with internal control and compliance requirement as per group norms
