- Lead and direct cost strategy formulation and take necessary actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all cost matters.
- Reorganize Process controls for cost assurance - invoicing to collection, Trip Costing and accounting for Zoom business
- Finance Manager for the Operations head - providing him various business insight to enable informed decision making. Work with the business and finance head, to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Providing day to day support to the Operations team on various matters including Client pricing and profitability
- Evaluation of the financial profitability of the all lanes/sub lanes and other cost centres.
- Create an awareness on cost control and cost optimization throughout the organization
- Preparation, analysis & circulation of the P&L and conducting Monthly reviews with Ops team/leadership
- Lead a team of 8-10 persons with the objective of automating the processes and systems and building efficiencies.
