Finance Controller - FMCD/Hospitality

Reporting to the Finance Director (India), the incumbent will lead a direct team to 3 to 4 people, and a large geographically spread indirect team. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for interacting with the senior management of outsourced process companies

The incumbent will be interacting with Regional Global teams as well based in SE Asia

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Corporate Accounting

- Regulatory and Financial Reporting

- Budgets & Forecasts

- The P2P function

- Continuous process improvement

- Integrating the Accounts and P2P of companies merged through acquisition (the company is growing organically and in-organically)

- Should have experience of integrating acquired company's accounting into one ERP

- Interacting with 3rd party outsourced vendors for one or more accounting process ( please note : this is NOT 3rd party outsourced process owners interacting with the clients BUT the reverse)

- Responsible for Auditing and Taxation also
