Finance Controller - FinTech - CA/CFA

This company is the fastest growing company in the Fintech space.

- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting

- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting

- Regular budget consolidation

- Cash flow management

- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business. Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions

- Stakeholder management

- Debt management and collection

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice

- Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings

Desired Skills and Experience:

- CA/CFA with demonstrated experience in heading the finance functions in a young setup.

- Young dynamic individual with a minimum 7~12 years in accounts / controller / finance role with hands-on experience

- Having the ability to work with increasingly complex revenue models
