Finance Controller - Finance Planning & Analysis

- Provide value added Finance Planning and Analysis including strategic and annual planning, quarterly projections and forecasting. Country P&L management including revenue, operating profit and cash flow.

- Manage financial and management reporting process for India entity. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, effective audit and tax management in accordance with the local GAAP, US GAAP and ZB policies.

- Ensure payment process is in accordance to the ZB's policies. Educate commercial leadership and set the tone of the importance of financial compliance.

- Improve credit control and effective management of treasury activities.

-  Involve in projects related to business development and improvement of finance processes.

-  Participate in standardization of regional reporting and serve as the backup for other finance controllers in the region on an ad hoc basis.
