Finance Controller/Finance Manager - CA - Funded Online Startup

Looking for candidates having 3-10 years of experience having rich experience in finance domain and coming from a CA firm and having experience in online eCommerce industry as well.

Job Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

- Analyze day to day accounting activities

- Standardize and implement policies, procedures and formats for general accounting

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

- Maintain the financial health of the organisation.

- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.

- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Note : CA (passed in 1st attempt ) education is compulsorily required to be eligible for this position.
