Job description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing the financial activities of an organization.

- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting.

- Implementing financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA with proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Finance Controller or similar position.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.

- Prior BIG 4 exp is preferred.
