Finance Controller - eCommerce - CA

- Take overall responsibility and ownership of the Finance function of the organization.

- Manage current and future Cash Flows ensuring the sufficient cash availability with the company all the time.

- Manage Treasury Function including the hedging.

- Ensure preparation of the weekly and monthly financials and management reports within timelines

- Assisting in the company's Due Diligence activities conducted on periodic basis by the investor entities.

- Review and streamline the financial, reporting and compliance functions.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and all regulatory requirements.

- Ensure the regulatory returns are filed in a timely manner with absolute accuracy of information.

- Assisting in the various statutory compliances of the company.

- Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures
increase accuracy and efficiency in Organisation.

- Forming and implementing various business processes for reconciliations in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial transactions and reviewing the effectiveness of the same on a periodic basis.

- Closely work with Business and Functional Heads to ensure seamless implementation of organization control processes.

- Develop and document robust accounting policies and procedures. Ensure maintenance of

appropriate internal controls and financial procedures, at all times.

- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.

- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

- Manage the relationship with outside services providers for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

- Introducing automation across all levels in different processes of finance and helping with identification and implementation of the best solutions available in the market.

- Identification of potential business risks against multiple business activities and suggesting the corrective course of action in that scenario.
