Finance Controller - eCommerce - CA

Opening in Finance Controller for an E-commerce company.

Location: Bangalore

Only Retail, E-commerce industry is preferred.

Job Description:

- Own the monthly book closure process and Ensure timely closure of accounting books.

- Prepare entity performance dashboard and share with relevant stakeholders

- Provide first level analytics and commentary on the monthly performance along with tracking of budget Vs actuals.

- Act as SPOC for business finance partners / FP& A and provide necessary Unit level/ City Level Metrics

- Ensure that relevant statutory compliances for the vertical is taken care off and support the tax/ compliance team with relevant inputs

- Prepare the schedules for Balance sheet / income statements on a monthly basis

- Act as the guardian of the assets in the books of the company and set up controls around the same

- Handle relevant audits for the function ( Internal / Stat / Tax/Other diligences)

- Handle the team and provide guidance and leadership to them as necessary

Skills & Qualification Requirement

- Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Assurance role.

- Prior big 4 experience would be desired.
