Designation – Finance Controller

Job Description –

Qualification:

- Qualified CA/CPA with 7+ years of post qualification experience.

- Thorough understanding of Indian & US GAAP accounting standards is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Finance & Accounts, MIS, finalization of accounts, financial planning and analysis.

- Responsible for Internal audit, Statutory audit, Tax audit, internal controls and compliance.

- Analysis of cash flow & working capital to guide business leaders.

- Building scenarios assessing impacts of various potential business and regulatory changes on revenue and associated cost line items, through Financial Modelling.

- To maintain balance sheet integrity at all times being able to support balances and identify risks and opportunities

- Reviewing monthly business performance and providing business solutions to ensure these are in line with annual operating plans.

- Comparison of actual vs. budgets and identifying key variances and regular tracking of the same.
