a) Position & Designation: Divisional Finance Controller - Cooling Business

b) Grade-M4

c) Division & Department-Corporate Finance-Cooling

Job Profile:

a) Key Objectives

To ensure effective financial control over the Cooling business and play a business partner role for Cooling business

b) Major Deliverables

1. Ensure effective internal financial controls in Cooling business

2. Financial accounting

3. Indirect tax compliances

4. Costing- budgeting and Business analytics

5. Oversee the AP, AR function

6. Oversee plant accounting and finance function at Sri City

7. Ensure MIS and Audit are completed as per timelines

c) Reporting to Group CFO

d) Place of Posting (Vacancy Listing)-Cooling Plant, Chennai

a) Essential Attributes

- Ability to lead a team of 6-8 team members

- Has knowledge about taxation, statutory and plant accounting

- Effective communicator

- Should be able to interact with business leaders and partner with business

- Should be able to articulate and express his/her ideas and opinions and create buy-in amongst business and team members

- Sound accounting knowledge

b) Total desirable Years of Experience-10-15 years of experience

c) Minimum Years of Experience in relevant role -10 years

d) Qualifications- Chartered Accountant

e) Desired type of Experience- Candidate must have exposure to manufacturing operations
