Finance Controller - Construction Firm- IIM/MDI/ISB (7-15 yrs)
Team :Finance
Reports to: CFO
Location: Navsari (35 km from Surat)
RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead our next phase of development into a world-class, high-performing, manufacturing organization with a strong focus on financial controlling.
- Work cross functionally to plan, develop, and execute company goals, objectives, and compliance measures.
- Build a high-performing finance and operations controlling function and take the company to higher levels of transparency and performance.
- Continuously innovate and improve processes relevant to the function while ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity, commitment and teamwork.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
- Setup the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to create higher levels of transparency on the financial and operational KPIs.
- Develop annual business plans and rolling forecasts
- Generate high-level information that can trigger and drive change to achieve higher levels of productivity and profit.
- Develop new processes and systems
- Take over special assigned projects to drive up the business efficiency either within the function or cross-functionally.
NON NEGOTIABLE CRITERIA
- MBA or equivalent degree from Tier1 with majors in Finance.
- Min. 7 years of relevant experience out of which at least 3 years must be in the manufacturing environment and at least 2 years in people management role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to work as a team leader
- Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing new processes and systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost saving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills
