Finance Controller - CleanTech Startup - CA

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Finance Controller for a Clean Tech Startup.

We are looking for a Finance Controller who would have worked on the following:

a) Experience with Financial Due Diligence,

b) Experience with managing finance focusing on accounting, internal audits, corporate and statutory governance, preparing MIS,

c) Insights and helps the core team to do process improvements, optimisation, analytics, and decision-making.

d) Assist CEO with fundraising, business plans, feasibility study of new business models, setting and achieving organisational goals/KPIs,

e) Onboard and maintain banking relationships

f) Monitor, and optimize cash flows, review runways, working capital cycles, budgetary controls, payment followups

g) Cost management

Skill Set Required:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Expertise in financial accounting and tax regulations

- Experience in maintaining financial records

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Advanced proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Chartered Accountancy certification

Qualification

- Preferably CA with 5+ years of experience

- MBA with 10+ years of experience in Finance
