Job Description For The Position Of Financial Controller :

Job Title : Finance Controller

The Role :

- The management would rely on the incumbents reporting of financial statements and commercial acumen to identify key success areas. This role would seek for a proactive and innovative financial controller to contribute towards the goals of the organization.

Expected Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Year of experience :

10-12 years of post-qualification experience with prior experience in working with listed company including 2-3 years of supervisory responsibility.

- Experience with big 4 audit firm would be an added advantage

Job Description :

- Periodic closing of books on accounts on a timely and accurate basis

- Compliance with statutory and listing requirements of India

- Prepare monthly reporting of financial statements in line with GAAP requirements

- Consolidation of holding and subsidiary company books of accounts

- Work with statuory auditors to quarterly and annual basis in completing the annual audited financial statements

- Adopt and adhere to Ind- AS, IFC requirements

- Develop, implement and monitor strong internal control process and systems, Risk Management business and finance SOPs

- Overseeing direct and indirect tax compliance

- Managing the overall treasury requirements of the organization along with periodic cash flow reporting and liaise with banks.

- Review and monitor intercompany billings including receipts and payments coupled with necessary co-ordination required

- Handle commercial matters with insurance companies, credit terms with suppliers, timely closure of contracts and agreements

- Good expertise in SAP, MS office and other consolidation software

- Ability to manage a large corporate accounting team
