Finance Controller - CA - Power/Energy

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Finance Controller.

Qualification - CA

Role : Provide execution leadership to Finance function of Power and Construction business

Primary responsibilities :

Leadership and Strategy : 

- Develop strategy of Finance function to support achievement of Business strategy

- Assess and evaluate manpower structure of the finance function and provide recommendations on

the structure in order to deliver strategy of Finance function

- Develop and monitor KPIs of Finance function

Financial Reporting and Financial Planning :

- Review and present the detailed Budget for the business including financials, KPIs, cashflow

- Deliver high quality Management reports with detailed analysis and performance commentary

- Present detailed cashflow projections and actively monitor cashflow movements

- Identify financing needs of the business and lead fund raising activities

System and Processes :

- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to address process gaps and improve efficiencies

- Ensure successful implementation and utilization of SAP system
