Finance Controller - CA - Pharma

Position: Finance Controller

Reporting to: Head BP&A/ CFO

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Looking for a CA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller role with good experience in Controllership function along with Taxation/ Treasury/ USGAAP/ IFRS experience. Pls find below the JD for the role:

- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances

- Using a financial control framework, including financial accountabilities and authorities to ensure full financial control

- Managing all finance and accounting operations

- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements

- Recommend changes that will improve the company's financial performance and financial controls

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Additional controller duties as necessary

Skills/ Attributes required:

- Qualified CA with 8+years experience in Controllership Taxation and Treasury functions

- Sound and up to date knowledge of USGAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
