Finance Controller - CA - Pharma

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing all finance and accounting operations

- Assist in establishing yearly objectives & meeting agendas, and select and engage outside consultants (auditors, advisors)

- Develops tools and systems for providing critical financial and operational information to the top management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations

- Oversee budgeting, budget implementations in order to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.

- Take care of Excise & GST and other Statutory Compliance

- Financial planning and analysis

- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements

- Manage Funds for long term in the Company.

- Manage Investments.

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Support month-end and year-end close process

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience

- Must be qualified CA.
