Description - Finance Controller role (Jaipur) with a multinational NGO

Client Details

Our client is a leading European multinational who is a market leader in the manufacturing space. They have done well in the country over the last few decades and are now accelerating in to their next phase of growth. Their CSR arm is currently also expanding operations and is looking to hire for a finance controller to facilitate the same

Description -

Based out of Jaipur, as the finance controller you will be responsible for:-

- Taking care of the end to end financial responsibilities for the entities of the not for profit arm of the organization. This will involve working closely with the group financial controller as well as interacting with other members of the senior management and the HQ

- Ensuring integrity of the systems and ensuring that there are adequate processes and controls to ensure the same. This might involve implementing new systems and controls as well

- Taking care of entire financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, closing and reporting cycles for the not for profit arm of the firm.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities from a financial standpoint to further the presence of the not for profit arm of the firm

Profile -

You will be a chartered accountant with between 7-10 years of post qualification experience, with strong exposure of overseeing the entire financial operations of a firm (preferably a not for profit firm). You will also have result backed achievements in maintaining the financial integrity of a firm especially by strengthening existing internal controls and implementing new ones from scratch. You will also have strong exposure to I GAAP / IFRS over the years.
