Finance Controller - CA - NBFC

Job Description:

1 Ensure financial statements are prepared in conformity with Indian GAAP, Accounting policies & RBI guidelines with complete analysis and within predefined timelines.

2 Provide thorough analysis of costs at products and function level. Perform trend analysis and varaince analysis against budget & present executable action plan to control costs.

3 Provide financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations

4 Prepare & file regulatory returns and ensure complete compliance with regulatory guidelines

5 Lead & manage audits & assessments - internal, statutory, regulatory, Tax authorities etc

Desired Profile:

1 Chartered Accountant

2 Minimum 6 year of experience in an Accounting, Financial reporting, Controllership.

3 Oracle knowledge desirable

4 Role is an individual contributor

5 IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP knowledge
