Finance Controller - CA - Mfg/FMCG/Healthcare/Pharma

Looking for :

CA First Attempt / Rank holders - 2004 - 2005 batch currently handling 500 crores business.

To head the Finance and Accounts of 1500 crore TO company.

- Certified Chartered Accountant with Minimum 10 years of working experience in (at-least 5 years in operational setting)

- Strong competency in understanding manufacturing standard cost system and variance analysis

Responsibility :

- Overall responsibility for the financial reporting, compliance accounting, costing and cost controls. Coordination of finance and controlling of Clients' Unit

- The job profile requires technical skills pertaining to finance &accounting, vibrant interaction with the business and key functions, coordination

- Preparation upto finalisation of books of accounts in compliance with the local standards as well as IFRS.

- Review of financial and cost data / analysis and dissemination to the key users (including reporting - monthly, quarterly, hard close & fast close)

- Direct and Indirect taxation - Ensure payments are done on a timely basis for excise, sales, tax and income tax as per law.

- Overall of compliance accounting, audit completion - group and statutory, regular review of financial data from the GL

- Integrity of financial data, internal audit and ensure controls as per the Company's compliance standards
