Finance Controller - CA - Manufacturing

- Responsible for accruals, month end closure

- Responsible for co-ordination for month end closure across revenue & expenses & reporting the same to Controller

- Responsible for fixed assets accounting / document management

- Responsible for payment of statutory dues & filing of statutory returns

- Responsible for handling audits - statutory / internal / tax / IFC

- Knowledge of TDS/Service Tax / GST to ensure compliance

- Guide the team on TDS / GST related compliances and deductions

- Working Knowledge in Tally Accounting system

- Interfacing & Co-ordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables

- Prepare monthly financials as per Companies Act

- Prepare annual financials for standalone and consolidated

- Responsible for tracking working capital management, co-ordinate with revenue & business teams and highlight exceptions to the Controller

- Work closely with Financial Controller & external consultants for income tax assessments,regulatory returns & co-ordinate with internal teams for data

- Responsible for identifying risks / control lapses in processes and propose solutions

- Document Standard Operating Procedures and draft accounting manual

Who You Need To Be :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ yrs of experience

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong in accounting concepts and controls and applicability of accounting standards

- Should be able to take initiatives in automation & bringing efficiency to the system

- Ability to identify the control lapses and propose solutions to fix the processes and implement controls

- Self-motivated / Self -directed

- Able to manage team (insourced and outsourced)

- Should be passionate, diligent about working in start ups

- Should be able to influence to implement processes and procedures for better accounting and control
