Finance Controller - Logistics Startup -  Position : Finance Controller  Reporting to : CFO  What will you do :  - Revenue Assurance invoicing to collection, trip costing and accounting for Prime and Green  - Cost management/ optimization  - SOP adherence and outliers follow through  - Managing diesel expense   - Management ( engagement, funding and ensuring SOP adherence for filing and payment checking, discounts etc, regular vendor reconciliation)  - Tyre cost control and optimization   - Inventory management and process / SOP Compliance  What you will need :   - Must be CA qualified  - 8-10 years of exp. with 5-6 years of relevant exp. even if in different industry  - Industry should be high on volume of transactions and in need of strong controls & monitoring  - Should have experience of working on some significant ramp up in a very short period of time  - Ability to work across businesses and functions in unstructured environment for identifying cost opportunity & synergies  - Should be comfortable in carrying through tough decisions  - Strong personality for implementation of policies and management of exceptions  - Strong on processes and controls  People we are looking for :  - High on ownership  - Eye for detail  - Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills  Compensation: Rewarding salary  Roopali Agarwal
