- 1st Attempt CA, 29-31 years old, good undergrad college  - First experience in a top Audit firm like E&Y, PWC (Not mandatory but preferred)  - Followed by 2-3 years in end-to-end financial management, audit at high growth corporate  - Strong communication skills, Assertive (non "dara hua" type), driven person  - Month end, Quarter end and year end closing and reporting  - Balance Sheet consolidation and finalization on bi-annual basis  - Cash flow forecasting and working capital management  - Tax compliance - Direct and Indirect. Income tax & service tax returns and improvement in backup files & processes   - Credit and collection control - conceptualize and implement an effective credit policy and collection process considering the nature of business and stakeholders involved  - Implementation of Financial processes, systems and controls  - Designing and institutionalizing an effective Internal Control system   - Set up Budgetary Control process  Location : Bangalore  A person should be comfortable to work with a start up organization as this company is into education industry a start up company.
