Job Description - The role is of a Financial Controller for a leading firm in the agro-chemical space. The role is essentially into managing financial statements and reporting to the CFO.

Client Details :

Our client is the leading Indian player in the agro-chemical space. They have multiple manufacturing units in India. They have been in this space for over 20 years and have strong overseas and domestic operations.

Description :

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities would be :

- Managing financial statements and reporting

- Ensuring timely reconciliation and consolidation of accounts

- Ensuring tax compliance (assessment, computing and filing)

- Assisting with the sales team for financial inputs

- Assisting in negotiations with the distributors

- Managing the tax function

Profile :

As an ideal candidate, you are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-14 years of experience in a corporate accounts role. Strong preference would be given to candidates from the Chemical industry. As an individual, you are a fast learner, ensure timely completion of work and are proactive. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
