Roles and Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and achieve organizational goals.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls.

- Treasury Management: Manage the organization's capital structure, cash flow, investments, and financing activities to optimize liquidity and ensure financial stability.

- Strategic Financial Management: Provide financial insights and analysis to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.

- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, while also maintaining appropriate internal controls and governance structures.

- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and other external stakeholders to foster trust and transparency.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualification:

Education : CA

Experience : A minimum 8-10 yrs of experience in manufacturing industry

Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements

Strategic Vision : Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term objectives and market dynamics
