Finance Controller - CA

Primary responsibilities will be

- Timely and accurate book close, reporting and analytics monthly

- Internal and external audits of Accion entities

- Prepare, analyse and review the recons to BS monthly

- Working with consultants in ensuring statutory compliances including payroll and taxes

- Working closely with entity controllers in consolidation and review of monthly recons

- Consolidate some of the global operations like invoicing in India and create and optimize an internal shared service model in India

- Establishes acceptable accounting procedures in revenue recognition and expense accruals sufficient to effectively control the assets of the company

- Document and implement practices and policies for finance in line with Accion global policies

The ideal candidate will be:

- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of PQE, with

- Policy and process-driven approach

- Good team management skills

- Ability to propose and implement processes and policies

- Strong analytical skills

- Good experience and understanding of ERP environments (NetSuite preferred)

- Self-motivated and should collaborate well.
