Finance Controller

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum Education CA with Professional exp. of 2-4 yrs

- Preferred Experience - Management reporting.

- Should have come from CBSE Board and live close to Noida.

Main Performance Indicators:

- Business Health

- Funds and Cash situation

- Compliance & Legal contracts

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Financial projections basis business plans and budget.

- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice to management.

- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

- Handling Direct and Indirect tax related matters in consultation with External Consultant.

- Looking after Treasury operations, tracking free cash flows and group investments

- Legal contracts and compliance of statutory requirements

- Drafting of agreements

- Knowledge of compliances on FEMA, Direct and Indirect Taxes.
