Finance Controller-Asia
Preference - Big 4 candidates & Private Equity firm candidates
- Supervision of books of accounts and audits (with Big4 auditors) of multiple entities
- Knowledge of IndAs, IFRS and consolidation of accounts
- Knowledge of Indian foreign exchange control regulations
- Managing capital calls and distributions
- Oversight and facilitate the review of investment/divestment fund flows
- Work closely with finance and compliance departments of portfolio entities
- Monitoring of treasury operations including accounts payable, accounts receivables
- Establish and ensure adherence to policy, procedures and governance frameworks
- Remain informed of regulatory changes and ideas
- Participate in finance department/company projects and initiatives
- Assist with the development, implementation and update process checklists and procedures
- Other special projects
The ideal candidate is likely to come from a similar role or a CPA firm, demonstrating an aptitude for this breadth of responsibilities, and should possess:
- Chartered Accountant and at least 12-15 years of relevant work experience
- Company Secretary (CS) will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
