Finance Controller - BPO/KPO/IT

Candidate must have 17 to 25 Yrs of experience in Finance & Accounting

- Having good experience Managing the Finance, Taxation & Compliance function

- Fund raising, M&A, Corporate Finance, Funding, Taxation & Compliances, Costs Optimization, Finance Controllership,

- Heading the global finance controllership functions

- Managed the Corporate tax and Transfer Pricing assessments etc.
