Finance Controller - BFSI - CA

- CA with minimum 18 years of experience in a business or finance environment; management experience; leadership skills.

- Provide strategic direction and management of the Finance and Accounts function to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage Statutory and Internal Auditors.

- Direct/Indirect Taxes (GST)

- Forex Management

- Banking & Treasury

- Management and variance analysis of Budget on a periodical basis

- Manage the financial risks, planning towards Fund Management and record-keeping.

- Strategic Business Plans that improve the efficiency and long term profitability of the business and ensure optimum functioning of the dements.

- Ensure the design of a robust data-driven business-decision-making framework, technology-driven process improvements and change

- You should be familiar with Health and Safety Policy and how it applies to your job.

- Ensure that its provisions are maintained at all times.

- You should understand the principles and rules of the relevant regulatory body so far as they apply to your job.

- You should understand the Company's Money Laundering Prevention Policy as it is presented on the Internet and how it applies to your job.

- Ensure that the provisions of the policy are applied in the conduct of your work at all times.
