Finance Controller

Hiring for a Finance Controller for a global B2B Saas company in Financial Service.

Global Role - Prior exp in global, international tax. Preferable US GAAP, US Taxation

- Work from Office

- 4 Days week

- Team Handling

- Reporting to COO

Responsibilities:

- Act as an enabler by providing timely and accurate financial data and business KPIs that is required for timely action and decision making by multiple business teams.

- Control and Governance of company's budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management & finance processes, and financial & regulatory reporting for the region which includes multi entity reporting.

. Good working knowledge on closing process for any Legal entity, financial instruments reporting and disclosure as per US GAAP / IFRS.

- General accounting - GL maintenance, reconciliations, procurement process, monthly close process, and support finance analysts with accounting, regulatory and tax issues, payroll review, funding requirements, cash flow forecast, and bank / treasury compliance.

- Reconciliation and review of payables, GST, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Accrual & Prepayments.

- Liaise with 3rd party accounting & tax service providers on local regulatory compliances.

- Govern the processes to provide project wise margin and profitability analysis.

- Responsible for audit and diligence.

- Working closely with the Senior Management team on setting right process, right policies & its adherence and ensuring to be a co-owner of business plan Job Requirement

- Qualified CA or CPA with a degree in accounting or related field is a must

- At least 6+ years overall experience and preferably should have worked for 2-3 years in a fast-paced paced Insurance, NBFC, Fintech companies.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards.

- Good understanding of tax regulations and tax accounting principles.

- Prior audit experience is an added advantage

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
