Finance Controller - BFS - CA

- Manage all accounting operations.

- Manage cash flow.

- Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Month-end and year-end close process and prepare and publish timely financial statements.

- Preparation of regulatory reporting.

- Ensure quality control.

- Manage all regulatory and tax requirements

- Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

- Assist in the execution of strategic plans.

- Motivate and lead finance team members.

- Provide support on M&A activities and take the lead on post-acquisition integration efforts.

- Requirement- CA with 8 to 15 years of experience in all aspects of Finance & Accounts function including accounting, budgeting, treasury, operations, tax and regulatory compliance.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures applicable in India & the US.

- Experience of working on ERP environment.
