Position : Financial Controller
Experience required : 8-10 years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop financial plans and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the business.
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, bank, and vendor reconciliation, etc.
- P&L analysis and financial performance reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the management for financial decision-making).
- Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS)
- Preparation and presentation of Division wise financial analysis (PPT) for each division for monthly/Quarterly divisional meeting.
- Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget to identify variances to the management.
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
- Coordinate with business operations and give them support from finance ops effectively.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals
- Ensure timely and comprehensive financial reporting for investors. Prepare statements and necessary reports as requested by investors.
- Additional controller duties as necessary
Desired Skills :
- Strong knowledge of accounting (IND-AS), finance, reporting, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, FP&A.
- Knowledge of MS Office, PPT, including Excel.
- An analytical mind.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Commercial and business awareness/acumen.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
- Exposure in Audits (Stat/ Internal) & Taxation will be an added advantage
