We are seeking a Finance Controller to join a dynamic team with a leading B2B Startup Company based out in Bangalore.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

7. Compliance and Audit Requirements:

- Good experience post qualification CA.

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- IND AS conversion experience will be plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
