Finance Controller - B2B Business

We are currently retained by a professional services firm to hire a Finance Controller with strong exposure to Budgeting/Forecasting and all Financial Controllership aspects.

The role would work closely with the leadership team and play a key member in the finance team. This would include working on P&L, finalisation of accounts, taxation, working capital management, budgeting, MIS, etc.

You must be a CA/MBA Finance with experience in professional services or facility management industry.

As the Finance Leader, you will play the role of a Financial Controller and your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency will aid the organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic planning and providing the financial grounding.

- Complete ownership of Budgeting and forecasting

- Managing financial transactions, overseeing, and preparing income statements and preparing financial reports.

- Analysing financial data and monitoring internal controls.

- Overall responsibility for Financial & Accounts Management and instituting financial discipline in the organization's operations.

- Manage finance of various group entities and define common finance process

- Providing business finance support to the team.

- Strong stakeholder management from a finance perspective.

Required Skills &Attributes:

- CA/MBA Finance with 8+ years of experience.

- Expertise in financial analytics, strong budgeting, and reporting skills.

- Prior experience of managing and overseeing budgeting, taxation, finalization of accounts, coordination of statutory and internal audit, and computerization of accounts.

- Handled finance for multiple entities.

- Worked in professional services or facility management industry.

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
