Finance Controller - Auto/Manufacturing Firm - CA

Job description:

- The role holder is responsible for end-to-end financial control and compliance with internal operational rules for the offices within the financial control group.

- The role holder reviews the Management Accounts to understand the profitability drivers and steps to be taken to address deficiencies and to ensure revenue and cost recognition is complete and materially on an accrual basis.

- The role holder is responsible for end to end financial control and compliance with internal operational rules for the offices within the financial control group.

- Expertise in Finance & Accounts functions from GL, FP&A, accounts reconciliation, variance analysis, Month-end closing.

- MIS reporting, preparation of ledger books and finalization of books of accounts within time & accuracy norms.

- Administering preparation of Monthly / Yearly / Quarterly Financial Statements and finalization of Statutory Books of Accounts.

- The role holder reviews the Management Accounts to understand the profitability drivers and steps to be taken to address deficiencies and to ensure revenue and cost recognition is complete and materially on an accruals basis.

- The role holder is accountable for Working Capital Management to reduce amount of current and old Work in Progress ("WIP") and Accounts Receivable.

Key Skill Required

- CA Qualified

- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts functions from GL, FP&A, accounts reconciliation, variance analysis, Month-end closing

- 5+ years of experience in SAP.

- Financial Control / Cost Control

- Compliance and Reporting

- Plant Productivity, Working Capital and Invoicing

- Dealing with internal and statutory auditor to ensure timely submission of audited financials
