Finance Controller - Auto Industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monthly closing of books of accounting with Ledger scrutiny of trial with a view of accountability & control

2. Coordination, review and control on plant accounting.

3. To prepare & deliver accurate monthly Financial MIS with variance analysis & counter measure

4. To Present monthly MIS, qtrly detailed review presentation to Domain & Corporate

5. To prepare annual budget, LTP & present it to Domain & Corporate

6. To conduct and manage audits- Internal, statutory and support group consolidation activity

7. PO control & freezing

8. MFM compliance

9. Bench marking of financials with competitors & presentation of analytical analysis.

Taxation:

1. Filing of GST Returns, assessment of GST records and old Excise & VAT cases

2. Over all compliance of GST and replies for show cause notices if any

3. Centralised TDS & TCS calculation, deposit , returns & assessment

4. Tax Audit, Income Tax returns, TP Audit (other than MIL) and support in IT assessment

5. To ensure 100% compliances . To periodically review compliance tool & update status .

6. Manage, review & control Export related compilances ( Advance LIcense, EPCG, Export Incentives, FTA, B/E entry filing)

7. Availment of all incentives, subsidies and benefits as per Govt. Policies and keeping periodic track on this

8. Taking timely and sufficient insurances as per MFM and keeping periodic track in this.

Working Capital Management:

1. AP/AR control & accountability.

2. Banking and credit Limit management. Cash management tool (Kirba) Management

3. Periodic C point reviews with Accounts , material & marketing teams

4. forex management & monthly adherance to group hedging policy

5. Control over inventory & permissible purchase

6. Monitoring and controlling on Inventory variances and ensuring no surprises in this regard
