- Analysis of monthly MIS and Accounts with action points as well as controller role for foreign subsidiaries including audit and cash flow management

- Look after overall statutory compliances mainly taxation compliances

- Finalisations of Accounts and timey compliances of taxation law with no penalty or demand

- Look after overall statutory compliances mainly taxation compliances

- SOP and policy alignment

- Completion of strategic project as per internal timelines.
