Finance Controller | Agri tech | Gurgaon

We are currently hiring for a leading agri tech company funded by renowned VCs for the role of Finance Controller. Please find the JD below :

- Developing monthly MIS reports for measuring the financial metrices.

- Ensuring grant accounting

- Advising on Accruals for all expense heads

- Ensuring compliance of all statutory payments within timelines

- Ensuring preparation and submission of GST, TDS returns accurately and with Timeliness

- Ensuring smooth conduct of statutory audit and internal audits

- Review of monthly P&L and Balance sheets with VP Finance

- Detailed tracking of all Trade Receivables

- Timely Payment of all AP heads

- Physical stock count as per the corporate guidelines

- Developing SOPs for finance related processes

- Monthly cash and BRS review

- Monthly GL review and reconciliation

- Initiate, review and accept international transactions

- Month end closing entries and processes for AP/GL/FA

- Preparation of BS Schedules and review

- Working Capital reports

- Supporting the VP Finance and support functions with critical finance related KPIs

- Controlling the cycle count processing after due verification and approvals

- Working with the Team in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan
