Finance Controller - Accounting Firm

Finance Controller

Financial Management:

- Take full ownership of bookkeeping activities.

- Collaborate closely with VP Finance on financial modeling.

- Ensure strict compliance with Direct, Indirect taxes, and Corporate laws.

- Manage a finance team of 3-4 people and foster team development.

- Liaise with Statutory auditors.

- Work on Internal Financial Controls (IFC).

- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

- Assist in due diligence processes.

- Oversee and ensure timely preparation of Management Information System (MIS).

- Implement tax planning strategies.

- Coordinate with Banks and other stakeholders for financial matters.

- Efficiently manage working capital.

- Engage in financial planning and budget preparation.

- Conduct variance analysis.

Additional Exposure:

- Participate in fundraising activities.

- Develop business models.

- Build MIS dashboards.

- Collaborate with the Tech team for automation.

- Work on external partnerships.

- Manage Investor Relations.
