Finance Controlling

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Nature of Work - Planning, Budgeting & Controlling, Reporting

Area : Finance & Controlling

Skills Required:

- Completed a business degree with a focus on controlling / accounting

- Relevant experience in controlling

- Good knowledge of accounting according to Local GAAP and IFRS

- Good knowledge of SAP, EXCEL, PowerPoint

- An Advantage is a basic understanding of German

Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance) from Good Institutes

Planning and forecasting with analysis & evaluation –

- OP – Planning the costs ,investments and manpower as per the business plan

- Pricing – Pricing for the offshore & onsite rates

- Expected actuals – Three times in a year, estimating the actual costs, investments and manpower vis-à-vis the plan, to ensure that they are in line with the plan

- Month-end activities – Running distribution cycle, transferring costs, closing CO module in SAP
Preparation and implementation of the reporting system-

- Generating various reports to Senior Management

- Identification of potential cost savings – Optimizing the costs by identifying the potential areas.

Monitoring of the budget –

- Cost Controlling – Channelizing the actual costs through the correct GL to ensure that the actual costs are in line with the plan

- Preparation of audit relevant overviews

- Creation of Cost Center Planning
