Finance/Commercial Controller - Asia Pacific - Global FMCG Firm - ICAI/IIM/ISB/MDI/NMIMS/SIBM

This role will be responsible for delivery of ISC business P&L results. Total business size for is 343 billion dollars. This role will be reporting into the CFO.

Leading impactful business partnering and provide strategic insights delivering 'One P&L' through close liaising with ISC Leadership team.

Following will be the key responsibilities of this role:

- Delivery of the ISC business P&L -343 billion dillors

- Strategic Planning for ISC business

- Performance Analysis & Reviews related to monthly results and FY forecast

- Highlighting business risk and opportunities to plan in various forums with ILT

- Finalizing all pricing decisions for all the categories

- Drive Analytics across all P&L line items

- Partnering with the following categories & functions to drive and deliver business results as per plan

o New Product Development (Innovation team)

o Sales and Marketing organization for delivery of various business goals like A&P efficiency, Gross to net projects with overall spend base of - 98 Mn

- Leading cost analytics to deliver Gross Margin at respective categories

- Part of EBT for all new projects

- Leading the following forums

- Monthly Performance Review (With ILT & APAC leadership every month)

- Consensus Forecast meeting

- Actual review with Finance Director

- Quarterly meeting with Marketing on P&L's

- Leading the Marketing Finance team

- Partnering with Brand Teams to manage A&P spend

- ROI analytics

- Control over purchase orders , receipt and accruals
