Finance Business Partrner ( MBA Tier 1)

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely financial reporting and accounting to reflect precisely the business reality and adhere to both company standards and local tax/accounting regulations

- Boost the business through financial and commercial support

- Reference of business & financial analysis to help P&L leaders analyse their business autonomously

- Be proactive, anticipate and deal with the risks of business activity handled

- Involve actively in decision making process, act as a counter-power, give timely alerts and propose corrective action plan

- Understand the role, if needed, challenge current practices and propose new approaches

- Promote development of colleagues through workshops and active participation in team meetings

Requirement

- You have a working experience (minimum 1 year upto 3 years) as Finance Analyst/ Economic Advisor/Financial controller and a minimum qualification of MBA/ PGDM from tier 1 B-school

- You are good at financial modelling and forecasting

- You have good presentation and communication skills

- You have team spirit and a strong sense of customer service

- You have energy and curiosity to understand and evolve our processes

- You are sport enthusiast
