Position -Finance Associate Education- Graduate with CA final pass qualification Experience- 3+ years Salary- As per Industry standard Joining Timeline- 30/45 days Finance Associate Responsibilities: - Compiling and reviewing financial information. - Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports. - Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements. - Assisting with tax filings, Finalization of accounts , accounts receivables, accounts payables, GST and payroll processing. - Maintaining records and filing systems. - Recording of invoices from vendors against services. - Validate accounts as well as bank certificates - Collate accounts of staff, travel advances, and other expenses relating to entertainment and travel - Give appraisal on all payment applications for appropriate authorization - Evaluate and update information and carry out validation of data for accuracy - Ensure proper review of accounts for appropriate supervision of transactions, and for suitable placement to designated areas - Supervise, track and post income and expenses. - Maintaining Asset register - Performing other duties as required. - Recording minutes of meeting and sharing. Finance Associate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, along with mandatory Chartered Accountancy degree qualification conducted by ICAI - At least two years of accounting experience. - Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent organizational skills.
