Finance Analytics Role - IT

Hiring for leading IT organisation for Finance Analytics role-

10 Years plus - Experience in Analytics/ Transformation Projects where there has been client interaction and suggested solutions to client (Revenue enhancement Cost reduction, Working Capital improvement, Financial Planning and Analysis, Risk. etc)

Primary Skills

- Analytical Skills- Predictive and Prescriptive.

- Ability to work with clients, understand requirements, plan projects end to end

- Ability to adapt & work in an unstructured & ambiguous environment.

- People Management- Hiring, Performance Management.

- Domain Skills (Finance, Order to Cash, Record to Report)

- Industry exp. (Mfg./ Retail/ CPG/Finance)

- Mandatory - MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

- Preferred - MS Access, any visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau), workflow tools (Alteryx or other equivalents)

- Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)

Secondary Skills

- Ability to grasp, analyze/ compare/ contrast large amounts of information

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Positive attitude & willingness to put that extra effort to exceed expectations

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests.
