Finance Analyst - Lightning Business - CA

Specification:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.

- 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis & modeling from manufacturing industry

- Strong communication skills including verbal, written & presentation.

- Should have sound level of expertise in MS Office tools, especially well versed in excel, outlook & power point. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.

- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities.

- Well versed with SAP ERP.

- Working knowledge of quality tools is an added advantage.

- Strong initiative, passion, and enthusiasm for achieving success.

- Work timing will be 12 noon to 9 pm (IST).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform analytical work of projects initiated and currently in progress in CLS.

- Develop reports for the stakeholders and management on the performance of the assigned areas.

- Support the planning & analysis of revenue, cost, margins, NPV etc from E2E project lifecycle.

- Work on enhancing First year sales and margins of the project deployed.

- Manage capex of the Engineering organization from planning to capitalization.

- Responsible that all activities are properly and timely executed.

- Do Root Cause Analysis for projects not meeting the goals and put a control plan to prevent recurrence.

- Drive standardization, simplification, and operational excellence in assigned activities.

- Out of the box thinker and submit periodic process improvement ideas by coordinating with various teams.

- Should have skills to bring out meaningful information from the generalized information and data.
