Finance Analyst - Investor Relations - B2B eCommerce

Purpose of the job:

The candidate would be part of the Finance team responsible for IR function

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of investor updates and presentations

- Communicating with investors to resolve their queries related to business outlook and performance

- Manage relationship with investment advisors, funds

- Build business investment case and financial model

- Assist in running end-to-end process for fund raising and IPO

- Tracking peer companies and conducting comparative analysis. Benchmarking company performance with peer competition

- Tracking industry macro trends, market research reports etc. and provide insights to management

- Assist in preparing post result press releases, transcripts and media communication

- Assist in developing Annual Report of company

Who can apply:

- MBA (Finance) /CA, (preferably MBA in Finance from Tier 1/II) with 5-7 years of experience in investor relation, corporate development, equity research

- Should have experience in building business case and financial model

- Should be adept in interpretation and analysis of financial statements, annual reports

- Preferable sector exposure Manufacturing, B2B Ecommerce, Retail industry
