Finance Analyst - FinTech Startup - CA

We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements for India and Global entities

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.

- Monitor and report on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Oversee the company's accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Monitor reconciliation of transactions and checking if transactions are in line with approved funds flow.

- Taking ownership of internal and external reporting.

- Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Qualified CA having experience in finance and accounting

- 3+ years of relevant experience, experience; Startup is preferred

- Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive team player; must be accountable, responsible, and organised

- Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organizational skills.
