Finance Analyst - CA/ICWA - Manufacturing

Company Profile :

A US based manufacturing company into engineering is looking for a 2-7 years experienced Finance Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Require timely & accurate submission of local & Group reporting experience.

- Should assist in the Budget Preparation, Perform Variance analysis

- Should prepare financials as per Indian GAAP and tax audit..

- Should have at least 1-2 years experience as Cost Accountant in manufacturing company, MNC, v using standard Costing .

- Should have experience in MIS - cost analysis, contributions, P&L- Profit cost center wise

- Should assist in the development of Internal controls & Procedures

- Should prepare & update monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Desired Profile : CA / ICWA, (working or worked with the Big 4s- E Y, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte )

Reporting to : GM Finance

Knowledge and Skills :

- Strong analytical and data management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

- Well Conversant with MS Excel (Advanced), PPT- & ERP Packages.

- Critical thinking skills and judgement

- Independent, good attitude and highly self-motivated and committed

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Team player and willing to back up for other finance team members
